EUExcert IRE request assistance with development of qualifications in Construction.

EUExcert IRE requested access to national occupational standards for an underground shotfirer. EUExcert UK responded with contacts for development of NOS/NVQ/QCF (through HSQ) and also existing UK qualifications (through MPQC).
